• The home is elevated 20 feet, with stairs required to access the main living area • Pool and outdoor areas are professionally serviced weekly and may be serviced during your stay. • Saltwater pool: not currently heated, but was heated through winter and is already VERY comfortable • Firepits are decorative only and not operable by guests • Treehouse bed, playroom, outdoor treehouse + playground are used at guest's own risk — please supervise children at all times • No pets allowed • Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM per Isle of Palms city ordinance We're committed to making your stay exceptional and focusing on every detail we can control for a fabulous time on Isle of Palms. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF POOL The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the pool on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the pool and/or property caused by the guests. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the pool. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the pool, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the pool. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the pool. By using the pool guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the pool, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
